Energy System

Energy is the most fundamental resource in Silent Expanse: Strife. Almost every operation — upgrades, attacks, movement, and repairs — requires energy.

Earning Energy

1. Energy Collector (Passive Output)

Collection Rate = 3 + 10 × √(collector level - 1) energy/s

For each player you invited, the rate increases further.

Collector Durability: The collector loses 1 durability per second.

Collector LevelOutput per SecondMax Collector Durability
Lv 131 day
Lv 10~331 day + 18 hours
Lv 50~731 day + 4 days
Lv 100~1031 day + 8.3 days

⚠️ When collector durability runs out, production stops. You need to repair it for collection to resume.

2. Combat Plunder

After winning a battle against another civilization, you plunder a portion of their energy:

Plunder Ratio = 5% + weapon level × 0.5%

Plundered energy goes into a pending pool (pendingCombatEnergy), which you must manually claim.

3. Invite Rewards

For each new player you successfully invite (they enter your address when creating their civilization):

  • You receive 150 energy
  • The invitee receives 150 energy

4. Energy Market

See Energy Market.

Energy Management

Daily Upkeep

Upkeep is deducted proportionally over time whenever you perform any action:

Current Upkeep = 2,000 × total level × (time since last action / 86400)

Reserved Energy

Energy placed in sell orders on the energy market is locked (energyReserved). Upkeep stops being deducted once energy - reserved reaches zero.

Tips

  1. Keep energy > 1 month's upkeep — prevents frequent depletion from routine actions
  2. Prioritize collector upgrades — a high-level collector is key to passive income
  3. Calculate costs before attacking — make sure the plunder is worth the investment
  4. Repair collector durability regularly — avoid collection interruptions
