Member Limit
Each alliance can hold a maximum of 100 members.
Leaving an Alliance
Exit Penalty
Leaving an alliance requires paying a SES fine:
Fine = 100 SES + 10 SES × current member count
The fine is distributed to remaining members as pending refunds, with any remainder going to the alliance leader.
Exit Cooldown
After leaving, you and the former alliance cannot attack each other for 24 hours (Leave Cooldown). This prevents players from repeatedly joining and leaving alliances to evade combat.
Kicking Members
The alliance leader can kick members:
- Kicked members also enter a 24-hour exit cooldown
- Kicked members must pay the same exit fine
Alliance Management
| Action | Permission | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| Transfer Leadership | Leader | Transfer to another member |
| Disband Alliance | Leader | Removes all members, deletes the alliance |
| Kick Member | Leader | Gas cost increases with member count |
| Claim Refunds | Member | Claim SES fines left by departed members |
Alliance Defense Bonus
Alliances provide additional defensive power. The bonus applies to all members regardless of individual totem donations:
Alliance Defense Bonus = (total members - 1) × 8 × (1 + totem level × 0.5%)
This means:
- The more members your alliance has, the higher everyone's defense
- Higher totem levels multiply the defense bonus from member count
Disbanding an Alliance
The leader can disband the alliance:
- All members are removed
- Members can still claim pending refunds
- Alliance data is deleted from the chain
