Install a Wallet

Before you can play Silent Expanse: Strife, you need a Web3 wallet to manage your digital assets and sign on-chain transactions.

What Is a Web3 Wallet?​

A Web3 wallet is your key to decentralized applications (dApps). It lets you:

  • Store and manage digital assets like SES and BNB
  • Sign transactions — every in-game action (building, moving, fighting) requires your wallet's signature
  • Authenticate your identity — your wallet address is your identity in Silent Expanse: Strife

MetaMask is the most popular Web3 wallet, available as a browser extension and mobile app.

Browser Installation​

  1. Visit the MetaMask website
  2. Click "Download" to get the browser extension
  3. Choose your browser (Chrome / Firefox / Edge / Brave)
  4. Click "Add to Browser"
  5. Follow the wizard to create a new wallet
tip

After installing, pin the MetaMask extension to your browser toolbar for quick access.

Creating a Wallet​

  1. Click the MetaMask icon and select "Create a Wallet"
  2. Set a strong password (at least 8 characters, mix of letters and numbers)
  3. Back up your seed phrase securely — this is the only way to recover your wallet!
Seed Phrase Security
  • Never share your seed phrase with anyone
  • Do not take screenshots or store it in the cloud
  • Use physical media (paper and pen) for offline backup
  • Anyone asking for your seed phrase is a scammer

Trust Wallet​

Trust Wallet is Binance's official mobile wallet.

  1. Search for "Trust Wallet" on the App Store or Google Play and install it
  2. Open the app and select "Create a New Wallet"
  3. Securely back up your seed phrase
  4. Enable the DApp browser within the wallet
